Listen to the exclusive premiere of Dada Life’s new track “Do It Till Your Face Hurts”

I recently caught up with one of the most iconic duos within the EDM scene, Dada Life, to talk about their new track “Drop It Till Your Face Hurts”. With intoxicating melodies, vocal riffs, and great drum patterns, this track is absolutely perfect for the festival season!

EDM.com: Hey guys, firstly I’d like to thank you for taking the time to talk with me. You’re one of the most recognized names within EDM. Looking back, do you have a favorite moment of your career so far?

Dada Life: I guess it’s still when we broke the world record for the biggest pillow fight ever back in 2013. That was just a magical night in so many ways.

We absolutely love the new single. How did it come about? What was the inspiration for it?

We just wanted to make something simple, heavy and hard. Basically the feeling we tried to reach when we started Dada Life: the feeling of crashing into a wall with a smile on your face. Something we could play on shows and just watch the mayhem in the crowd.

You put a lot of energy and fun into your sets. What can fans expect this year from Dada Life?

Our new album and a huge world tour together with the new music!

Being one of the most influential duos within EDM, you must get to hear a lot of new music. Is there anybody that you’d love to collaborate with someday?

I don’t know. We don’t collaborate too much. I guess it’s the damp smell in our studio. But you know what, now we’re building a new studio so maybe that will change too!

Their new song is available to stream/download on all platforms.
