Granier Micellar Cleansing Water & Oil Infused Cleansing Water ReviewBe Beautilicious

Micellar water is my favourite cleansing product , more than a traditional makeup remover. I have been using micellar water for over 3 years now and have tried almost all the brands available in Indian market. Now we all love our high end skincare products but what if a great product launches that also fits into our budget ? Garnier Micellar Cleansing water was already getting much appreciation internationally and when it launched in India, I couldn’t stop myself from buying both the options.

The 1st all-in-one Micellar Cleansing Water that purifies and removes make-up in 1 gesture. Enriched with Micelles, it captures and lifts away residue from face, eyes & lips like a magnet. No need to rub to get of impurities & makeup. The refreshing formula is non-sticky, non-oily and without perfume; it is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin. Result: Skin is perfectly clean, soft and looks healthy.

Garnier has launched two variants – One is regular cleansing water and second is Oil Infused. Both are available in two sizes 125 ml & 400 ml.

Granier Micellar Cleansing Water is good for simple cleansing of face before applying makeup or in the evening before bed. It is very gentle and suitable for all ski types. It is also perfume free and works on eyes as well. I have been using it just to double cleanse my skin in the night whether I had put makeup on that day or not. The formal gently lifts dirt from the skin’s surface and makes it clean without striping off natural moisture. I find it good for everyday use for non-waterproof makeup removal.

Garnier Micellar Oil Infused Cleansing Water is good for removing waterproof makeup. I use it for removing eye makeup basically. It takes off mascara, kajal & eyeliner in two swipes. In my case one swipe doesn’t remove every trace of eye makeup and I have to go over it again. However thats not much of an issue. It does have perfume but the formula feels gentle and doesn’t irritate eyes or skin. It is like a bi-phased formula with oil floating on the top of the water. You have to shake the bottle well before using.

Both Granier Micellar Cleansing Water & Oil Infused Cleansing Water are available Online HERE

Overall Thoughts

I really like using Micellar water for regular makeup removal since I don’t wear heavy duty waterproof makeup everyday. Granier Micellar Cleansing Water is great for that. Garnier Oil Infused Micellar Cleansing Water is great for removing waterproof makeup and works well on mascara & kajal. None of the formulas irritate eyes or skin in any way.
