Spring Refresh :: Sweater dresses & Red boots

wendyslookbook.com

Happy Friday everyone! It’s nice and comfortable enough not to wear a coat! Yas!!! Spring is also here! Bright and cheery, a lot of red on red action today. I love sweater dresses for spring (and fall!) and this one has a sporty casual chic vibe, and the best part, it’s reversible! As you probably already know, I love creating monochromatic looks. Adding this one to the list =)

And also, the Shopbop sale is still going strong. With that said, I thought it might be helpful to create a list of top items that will help reboot your spring wardrobe from the sale. From updated outerwear to colorful shoes to simple fun pieces, these items below will help add life and color to your closet!

:: Top 7 Styles & Items to Refresh Your Spring Wardrobe

Style #1 The Updated Trench Coat | Helmut Lang trench – From the polished belt to the snap closure, I love how utilitarian and fresh this trench coat looks and feel.

Style #2 The Colorful Mules | Sam Edelman mules* – What better way to welcome spring than a pair of vibrant colorful shoes! These red mules are great with jeans and also works well with skirts.

Style #3 The Hem Detail | AG denim* – The denim silhouette for spring is the unfinished-finished look. Asymmetrical hem details or raw step hems, this style is great with pumps and equally chic with sneakers.

Style #4 The Floral Dance | Keepsake dress* – Light floral dresses that have loads of movement! Floral is always a good idea for spring.

Style #5 The Structured Bag | M2MALLETIER bag* – Structured bags came and stayed! For spring though, couple this style with a pop of color.

Style #6 The Graphic Tee | Unfortunate Portrait tee* – this is a fun one! I love pairing whimsical graphic tees with simple jeans for a casual look and with high-waisted leather pants or skirts for an elevated city vibe.

Style #7 The High-Waisted | Marissa Webb shorts* – A paper bag high-waisted silhouette + ruffles = laid-back luxe! The high-waisted style looks amazing when paired with simple items such as a plain white tee or a low cut v-neck.
