When designing this area, I totally lucked out and found some cool vintage iron furniture from the Pasadena flea market and had it redone.
The table and four-chair set is by 50’s/60’s designer Arthur Umanoff. Typically, these sets go for anywhere around $2K-$5K, so I hit the jackpot when I found mine for $300 at the flea market. Now, don’t get me wrong, they were rusty and had beaten up broken vinyl seat covers — but nothing a little facelift couldn’t fix! This is Los Angeles, afterall! I kid, I kid.
BEFORE: Found this old and rusty vintage table set at the Rose Bowl Flea Market in Pasadena, CA. As you can see, it needed a lot of TLC!
AFTER: With a bit of elbow grease and polish, this iron table and chair was totally transformed. Good as new!

- Powder Coating (Matte White Finish): $400
- Upholstered Seat Cushions (Blue Outdoor Fabric): $300

Both of the rugs on my upper patio are COCOCOZY Tower Court design. I also threw a mix of the COCOCOZY pillows and cheaper pillows from Pier One onto the benches and two armchairs.
