A Closer Look At The Urban Decay X Kristen Leanne Collection

If you’re in desperate need of a touch of colour in your life, look no further than the Urban Decay X Kristen Leanne collection. We couldn’t think of a better match than Urban Decay and beauty blogger Kristen Leanne – with her vivid hair, drop dead gorgeous tattoos and authentic personality, the fearless, unique brand have truly created the perfect partnership.

The much anticipated collection has dropped, and it truly is as good as it looks. The collection holds two stunning eyeshadow palettes, a highlighter palette and three gorgeous lipsticks. The vibrant blogger is famous for her bold, boundary breaking makeup looks and unique personal style and her collection with Urban Decay is as colourful and versatile as you’d expect.

We fell in love at first sight with two particular products from this heaven-sent collection. The Beauty Beam Highlighter and Daydreamer Palette are absolutely stunning and can be used to create a multitude of magnificent looks.

The Daydreamer Palette holds five exceptionally pretty, neutral eyeshadow shades. These shades offer enough range to create the perfect, soft everyday look, but also the flexibility to create your sultry, smokey eye.

The Beauty Beam Highlighter palette contains a generous three highlighter shades – one bronze pink shade, a pink toned white and champagne toned powder.

Urban Decay National Makeup Artist Danielle Roberts used both of these hero products to create this soft, romantic but bold makeup look using the Daydreamer Palette and Beauty Beam Highlighter Palette. Whether you’re wanting to make an everyday statement or wear this for an evening affair – this look is perfect.

Eyeshadows from the Daydreamer palette were blended seamlessly to make a soft nude and brown smokey eye, with the darkest shade from the palette being applied using a damp eyeliner brush to line the eyes. The shadows are buttery and soft for easy application and a flawless finish.

The high points on the face are brought forward and sculpted using the highlighter palette, with the champagne pink brushed across the nose and cheekbones for an angelic, flirtatious glow. Urban Decay hack: spritz your brush with their All Nighter Setting Spray to give your highlight an extra pop!

To finish, Danielle applied an electric purple lipstick to transform the look from dainty to daring.
