1. Chocolate Mousse Recipe

To make this sweet dish, you need a certain combination of delicious ingredients. Chocolate mousse will not “work” without:

• 50 grams of dark chocolate; • 50 grams of milk chocolate; • 350 grams of sour cream; • 30 milliliters of whiskey. • A bag of gelatin

Step 1. Heat a third of sour cream to a boil.

Step 2 Pour the cut chocolate into it and leave it for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3 Take a whisk and beat the resulting mixture until smooth, and then leave to cool.

Step 4 Melt gelatin.

Step 5 Add whiskey and gelatin to the chocolate mixture.

Then you need to beat the remaining sour cream, add it to the chocolate mixture when it cools, and mix a little.

2. Pistachio cookies Recipe

For a cup of tea with pistachio cookies that literally melts in your mouth, you will need the following products/ingridients:

• 15 grams of flour; • 200 grams of dark chocolate; • 95 grams of pistachios; • 50 grams of butter; • 1 tablespoon of sour cream; • 65 grams of granulated sugar; • 35 grams of lemon peel; • 45 grams of dried cherries; • 25 grams of almonds.

Step 1. Take a flat baking dish, line the bottom with parchment paper and grease it with butter.

Step 2 Melt the butter mixed with sugar.

Step 3 Add cream with a pinch of salt, chopped zest, almonds, pistachios, cherries.

Step 4 Pour in flour and mix thoroughly.

Step 5 Using a teaspoon, form portions of cookies and put them on a baking sheet.

Step 6 Level the surface slightly to make the dessert flat.

It remains to bake it for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.

3. Blueberry Pie Recipe

For this amazingly delicious dessert you will need:

• 500 grams of flour; • 1 chicken egg; • 400 grams of sweet cream; • 100 grams of fresh blueberries; • 130 grams of butter – it will need to be cut into cubes; • 65 grams of powdered sugar.

You will also need to add 2 tablespoons of baking powder and salt to taste.

Step 1. Prepare a baking sheet and cover it with baking paper.

Step 2 Sift the flour and combine it with icing sugar, salt and baking powder.

Step 3 Rub the cubes of butter into the resulting mixture until it turns into a mushy one.

Step 4 Whip the cream with the egg.

Step 5 Pour flour onto the table so that you get a small slide with a depression in the center.

Step 6 Gently pour the creamy mixture into the flour from above, mixing thoroughly – you should get a sticky dough.

Step 7 Form a cake and cut it into 8 identical parts.

Should be baked in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about half an hour.
