  • 4 medium eggs;
  • 20 g butter;
  • 1 teaspoon of mineral water;
  • 120 g chopped feta cheese;

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs;
  • 1 tablespoon butter;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese;
  • 50 g cheddar cheese.

Cooking method: Beat eggs, season with salt and pepper. Melt half the butter in a frying pan over a low heat, pour the beaten eggs and mix them. When they are fried, add cream cheese, mix, leave for 2-3 minutes in a pan and lay the omelet on a plate.

Add the remaining oil to the pan, melt it and fry the tortilla leaf on it. Put the omelette on top, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, wrap in an envelope and fry on both sides until golden brown.
