How to make a new trendy fluffy coffee Recipe

If you have an account at least in some social network, you probably have already stumbled upon a photo of a two-color coffee drink in a transparent glass – such as being cooked for a fairy. It is called “fluffy coffee”.

Its history began in February in South Korea. Then on the web appeared videos about this drink, some of which garnered more than 4 million views. Attention attracted unusual and just fabulous appearance, incredible nannies and photohyeny, as well as the relative ease of cooking.

When coffee shops closed their doors because of coronavirus and people wanted not only tasty, but also intricate coffee, prepared at home, the popularity of “fluffy coffee” intensified even more. You should try also to cook it at home!

Ingredients:

Soluble coffee (powdered) – 2 teaspoonsSugar – 2 teaspoonsHot water – 50 millilitersAny Milk (you can try also soy milk, almond and oat milk)

Cinnamon on the top (optional)Ice

How to prepare:

First, whisk the instant coffee with hot water and sugar until it becomes frothy. You can do this with a whisk or mixer.Pour cold milk into the mug, you can add ice.Put the resulting foam on the milk.Fluffy coffee is ready!
